Return policy & conditions

• You have the right to cancel/return your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. You will then be refunded the full amount excluding any paid shipping costs within 30 days after receiving the return shipment.
• If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories in the original condition, packaging and unused.
  Only products in the original condition, packaging and unused can be returned.
• Costs for returning to the address of Floorprofi are at your own expense.

Return shipments are at the buyer's risk.

This means that our webshop is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a Track & Trace code at the post office and keep it safe. We do not accept damaged packages.
